T Brooker & Sons was established in 1876 and has grown from a humble ironmongery store into one of the leading house goods suppliers in the UK.

As a long-standing family- run business we represent a reliable presence in the local community whilst aiming to meet the demands of our DIY and trade customers.

Builders, carpenters, plumbers and decorators rely on Brookers for convenience with the knowledge that what they want will be available. Instant quotes are provided at competitive prices.

Added to this is our base of loyal DIY customers who visit us for all their needs including DIY, ironmongery, key-cutting, electrical, household, bathroom, gardening, plumbing and heating, paint, tools, timber and glass, tiles and flooring materials.

Our range also includes white goods, gas appliances, skip hire, tool hire and a full complement of building supplies. In total, we stock nearly 50,000 different products, a range far greater than any of our competitors.

We have many long-serving members of staff whose depth of knowledge is unsurpassed, providing customers with the reassurance of a friendly personal service.

Director David Brooker, great-grandson to founder Thomas Brooker, says: "We rely on the local community for our livelihoods and in return we aim to provide them with all their maintenance and repair needs by stocking new products and maintaining stocks of older, hard-to-find items.

"The variety of stock we offer, combined with our knowledgeable staff, contributes to the strength and longevity of this company."

Brookers have recently opened a massive new store with the express aim of putting all their trade operations under one roof. Located in Bilton Road - off Cadwell Lane - the new store offers a new presentation underpinned by the traditions of service for which Brookers is renowned.
